SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES  (this does not include time to process your order)

Shipping time refers to the estimated time that it will take to deliver your order after its ready to ship. Shipping time does not commence after your order is put through but begins the moment your order has been processed and is ready to dispatch via the freight carrier of choice.

Major City & Metro Areas

Processing times are anywhere from 2-5 working days depending on stock availability.
Generally are next Business day. Sydney customers can ask for same day delivery. Please contact us for the cost.

Rural Areas
Generally 2-5 Business Days
 
 
Order Delivery Times
These dates are based on courier shipping practices, destination and the items you order. (Expected delivery dates are estimates. Orders can be delayed due to verification or time of order being placed. Items that are not regularly stocked cannot be held to the expected delivery dates.)
Orders may be delivered in separate shipments.
Order cut off times are based on normal Business Hours and exclude weekends and Public Holidays :
Monday - Friday 3:30pm

Some items on our website may not be in stock at the time of your order. You will be notified if there is any delay of the expected delivery date. You may wish to wait or if not, we will be happy to cancel the order at your request.
 
Accepting Orders and Special Order: If one of the items in your order includes something not in stock, we may ship items as they become available so you are the least inconvenienced as possible.

 
The tracking number you receive from us in an Order Status email during the order process, especially if it’s before 6.00pm ADT, may not be updated on the Courier's website until that evening.
