Discount Digital Photographics pty ltd orders are sent with either Start Track Express or Australian Post
All items shipped have tracking numbers and customers will receive, via email, a tracking number on the day it is shipped.

Track a Australian Air Express shipment: When we ship out the order, we will send you a tracking number. If you receive the tracking number on Monday to Friday, you can able to track the parcel after 5pm on the same date. If you receive the tracking number on Saturday, you can able to track the parcel on the next business day.
Track an Australian post parcel: When we ship the order, we will send you a tracking number which contents 18 digits, the first 6 digits is for internal use only thus you need to remove them before you can track the parcel. Normally, The parcel is only scanned at the final destination thus please allow about 1 to 3 business days for it available in the tracking system.
