The EOS 7D's Intelligent Viewfinder provides 100% coverage and displays user-selected AF modes as well as a spot metering circle and on demand grid lines. iFCL metering with 63-zone dual-layer metering system uses both focus and color information to provide accurate exposure even in difficult lighting. 

The EOS 7D also captures Full HD video at 30p, 24p and 25p with an array of manual controls, including manual exposure during movie shooting and ISO speed selection. The EOS 7D features a magnesium alloy body that is dust- and weather-resistant and shutter durability of up to 150,000 cycles.

    The shutter is rated to 150,000 shots, and is capable of speeds up to 1/8000 sec, with a flash sync speed of 1/250 sec. If this was a gun it would be a sniper rifle! Damn accurate, photos to boot.

    I have the Canon 7D, bought it from DDP with the 25-105mm lense. Takes great pics in all conditions. I haven't fully figured out all the ins and out so am just using the auto function at the moment, but having a blast playing around with it. Canon 7d all the way!!

    Thats a sexy looking camera if ever i've seen one!! I'll get the ball rolling.. anyone bought/own/used the Canon 7D? Had my eyes on it for a few month now, looking to buy from DDP.
