Excellent
Posted by Phil
My 1st foray into the DSLR market, I was recommended the 7D by friends, and sold on it by the quality of the images produced. Easy to use and the advantage of both EF and EF-S lenses (being a crop sensor as opposed to a full-frame) makes this an ideal camera for beginners through to professionals.

It was also used to help film the movie Stanley Ka Dabba! I haven't seen it but I was reading about it on wikipedia.

I think the article talked about the Canon 7D being used to FILM some of the parts to the movie. That's what I read anyway! Just goes to show how great this camera really is. Amazing video quality.

If they remember of course :)

Pretty sure the 7D won the award for European SLR camera of the year 2010-2011.. As someone before me said "it's a must have". Saving up for one.

Having used the 7D and the 550D I would recommend the 7D.

year

Does anyone know what year the Canon 7D was made? I get confused, there are so many Canon SLR cameras on the market at the moment, trying to figure out which ones came first. I have narrowed my search down to the Canon 7D and the Canon EOS 550D. Can someone recommend which one to get? Eg which one is better?
